IMPORTANT INFORMATION IF YOU'RE PLANNING ON MAKING A BOOKING

Set up and collection of our equipment is all included in our prices.

We offer free delivery to locations within the City of Busselton area, which is marked on the map above.  

For all locations within 50kms of the Busselton CBD, we charge an additional $40 delivery fee.

Alternately, please contact us if your location is further than 50kms so we can provide a quote for your address.

As our equipment is bulky, we need to take into consideration the accessibility of each venue or location.

We ask that you please advise us at the time of booking if there are any potential accessibility issues such as stairs or narrow/obstructed accessways.

Please ensure that you have adequate parking within 50m of your venue or location or if you have booked a public area, please confirm vehicle access is authorised before your event. 

​Please note: should suitable vehicle access be further than 50m or should there be more than 10 stairs and no alternative entry to the venue, a high risk delivery fee of $50 will be incurred.
